An American Board Certified Surgeon, Dr. Alshkaki Osman completed his residency in General Surgery at Oregon Health and Science University located in Portland, Oregon as well as yearlong fellowships in the fields of General, Bariatric and Advanced Laparoscopic surgery. And is a fellow of the Royal College of surgeons of Ireland.

Dr. Alshkaki Osman is an active fellow of The American College of Surgeons and is a member of many scientific national and international organizations like SSAT, SAGES, and SLS. His main interest is Advanced Laparoscopic Minimally Invasive Surgery, Has been practicing medicine for over fifteen years his main area of expertise includes but not limited to, Bariatrics and Colorectal Surgery, Minimal invasive hernia repairs and endocrine surgery including thyroid diseases. He also has many publications in the field of General Surgery and is on peer review committees for international journals. Dr Alshkaki Osman is the Medical Director of The Center for Infinity Colorectal Health in Virginia, DC Area and is in charge of the GI lab in Inova Alexandria Hospital, and is the founder of Infinity Surgical Associates.

An American Board Certified psychiatrist, Dr. Kasaci completed his residency at St. Elizabeths Hospital in Washington DC and has been in practice since 1998. Dr. Kasaci has vast experience in Emergency psychiatry with special interest in Bariatric Psychiatric disorders. Has been working in this field in both Washington DC and Northern Virginia for many years. He also has extensive work history with adult and juveniles in outpatient clinics in Washington DC, Arlington County and Fairfax County. Dr. Kasaci works independently, speaks Farsi and Turkish fluently.
